1. Introduction

iStore iSend is one of the fulfillment companies that provide e-commerce solutions to help South East Asia (ASEAN) companies to ease their fulfillment, deliveries, and stock keeping. You may refer to their website here for more detailed information.

Besides fulfillment, they are also providing Warehouse fulfillment services where:
You can keep your products in their warehouse
They will help you to pick and pack the orders
Cloud-based order fulfilment & inventory (for e-commerce)
They will help you to deliver the orders to your customers' doorsteps

You may need to consult iStore iSend team before integrating iStore iSend to your EasyStore and do refer to the application process below.

2. The Application Process

If you are interested in using the services provided by iStore iSend, please contact the team and they will schedule a meeting with you. iStore iSend team needs to understand further what you want to achieve/your needs in fulfillment wise as well as some subsequent documentation for the application.

The process may take up to 7 working days - 2 weeks as it depends on whether if you are able to provide the information required by iStore iSend for the application within a certain period.

Once the application is approved by iStore iSend team, they will open an iStore iSend account for you and assist with the integration in your EasyStore. The onboarding process is included where the iStore iSend team will guide you on how to utilize their services and how their system works from A - Z.

3. Connect iStore iSend to your EasyStore

Firstly, log in to your EasyStore account > Click on Apps > More Apps > Install the iStore iSend app

4. The information that you need to know

iStore iSend will receive the orders from EasyStore every 15 minutes.

The orders will be automatically fulfilled by iStoreiSend every 15 minutes as well.

If the customer canceled the order after the auto-fulfillment is done, you may need to cancel the order in iStore iSend dashboard there.
