📌 You MUST complete the steps below before you can use EasyParcel app in your store

Add your pickup location. You can disable the location if you do not wish to let customers go and pickup their parcels there, EasyParcel still can use a disabled location.

Add SGD as your currency because this app only uses SGD for shipping calculation.

Set a weight for all of your products because this app calculates shipping rates based on product weight

Recommend to fill in the product Length, Width, Height if your products are shipped with Air Freight*.** Volumetric weight is calculated based on your parcel dimension. If your parcel is huge, you would need to calculate the volumetric weight using this calculator

1. Introduction

2. Connect EasyParcel account to your store

Step 1: Log in to your EasyParcel dashboard, click on Integrations > Click Add New Store



Step 2: Choose EasyStore



Step 3: Fill in your Shop Name & Shop URL.

💡 Reminder : Don't forget to copy your Integration ID as you need it to complete the integration!



Step 4 : Submit

Step 5 : Then go to your EasyStore admin panel > Go to App Store and Install EasyParcel Singapore



Step 6 : Paste the Integration ID that you have copied earlier > Fill in the necessary information



Step 7 : You can add a surcharge to the rates e.g. fixed rate of handling fee or a percentage of the order as well as enabling free shipping when an order amount exceeded a threshold.



Step 8 : You can choose your Default Local Pickup Courier now!



When you are fulfilling the orders in bulk, your default courier will appear as such:



Step 9 : You also can choose to show or hide international shipping rates.



Step 10 : Once everything is set, don't forget to click Save.

3. Fulfill order with EasyParcel Singapore

Step 1: Go to your EasyStore orders page and click on the order number

Step 2: Click on the "Fulfill" button and then click on "EasyParcel Singapore"



Step 3: Check if the item weight is correct. If it’s wrong, click on the pencil button to edit it > Choose a pickup date if you wish to choose a different date from the date shown.



Step 4: Choose your preferred courier service and then click on ‘Fulfill Order’ button.



Step 5: Click on ‘Download your AirWaybill’ button to view and download the air waybill. Remember to print and attach the air waybill to your parcel. You may also click on ‘EasyParcel Portal’ text to go to your EasyParcel all shipments page or click on ‘Return To EasyStore’ button to view or fulfil other EasyStore orders.
