1. Introduction
This guide helps you understand how EasyStore notifications work, including how to customize your email templates (like changing your logo) and how different messaging channels send updates to you and your customers.
2. Update logo in email template
2.1 Email template is the format of all emails sent. To customize its layout, go to Settings > Notifications > edit Email Template Layout.

2.2 Click the logo image and select the new logo image from your local file to update > Save.

2.3 Except for logo, you can also update the image in Payment Notification.
Click the image > click dustbin icon to Remove it. Then, click Image icon > select the new image from your local file to add.

3. Turn off EasyStore watermark
3.1 By default, EasyStore watermark is shown at the bottom of all email notifications.

3.2 It can be turned off using EasyStore watermark setting.

4. About Messaging Channels
4.1 Except for email, you can also let customers receive messages via messaging channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, LINE and Shopping App.

4.2 If turned on, except email, system will also send the notifications that having Multi-channel label through messaging channels.

4.3 Currently the notifications that support Multi-channel:
- Payment Reminder
- Order Fulfillment Confirmation
- Pickup Time Updated
- Pickup Reminder
4.4 Message template for Email and Messaging Apps can be customized separately.

5. Notification-specific setting
There are some settings that are applicable to specific notification only:
Order Notification
5.1 If you’d like to inform more parties about receiving a new order, you may cc to more emails (separate emails by comma “,”).

Order Invoice
5.2 Notification for order invoice can be enabled/disabled.
