1. Introduction
EasyStore tokens are used to send messages and notifications to customers via popular messaging channels — all from a single and cost-effective system.
Currently supported messaging channels:
- Messenger
- LINE
- SMS
- Shopping App
This guide helps you understand how tokens work, track your balance, and top up tokens when needed, so your store communications stay seamless and efficient.
Key Updates [Effective 1 March 2026]
To make messaging simpler and more cost-effective, we've introduced a new, unified token structure effective 1 March 2026.
- Lower Costs: WhatsApp Business and SMS now cost fewer tokens.
- Email Included: All emails sent via EasyStore now use 1 token per email for reliable delivery within one simple system.
- More Free Tokens: Increased monthly token allowances on every plan.

2. Where are tokens used?

To reopen WhatsApp conversation in Message Inbox
In your WhatsApp conversation with customers, if there's no response from customer in the past 24 hours, Meta will auto end the conversation in your Message Inbox. To reopen the conversation, you can send a message template.

3. Token Rates
The number of tokens needed per message depends on the channel.
New, Lower Token Rates : We've reduced the cost on the channels merchants use the most.

4. Free monthly tokens
You will receive free tokens each month according to your plan.
More Free Monthly Tokens : We've increased these allowances.

5. Top up tokens
If you need more tokens, you can top up from billing page.
5.1 Go to Settings > click Manage billing button on the top right.

5.2 Click Top up button.

5.3 Select tokens pack and payment method > click Checkout to complete the payment and top up.

6. Check tokens balance and usage
6.1 Tokens balance can be found at Settings > Manage billing too.

6.2 By click into View details, you can find the tokens usage history.

6.3 Usage reference helps you understand each usage and the tokens needed.
