1. Introduction


This guide shows you how to connect messaging channels like mobile push-notification, WhatsApp, Messenger, LINE, Instagram, Telegram in EasyStore.


By reaching customers on the platforms they already use every day, you can improve message visibility, encourage faster responses, and manage all conversations in one place — helping customers feel more connected and enjoy a smoother, seamless experience beyond what email alone can offer.


To start, go to EasyStore’s admin panel > Messages > Messaging Channels > click the messaging platform that you'd link to connect.



2. Connect Shopping App (mobile push notification)


Enable Shopping App channel and invite customers to install the app on their phone. Refer this guide for full details.


💡Tips: You only need to add Shop & App Chat in screenshot above if you’d like to offer chat button on website and in-app messaging to your customers.



3. Connect WhatsApp


You need to have a WhatsApp Business account and connect via Facebook. Follow this full guide.



4. Connect Messenger


Connect through Facebook channel.



If you have enabled Messenger channel here will be auto connected, you just need to insert Platform name > Save



5. Connect LINE


Before start, kindly ensure your LINE Business account is ready with Messaging API.


If you do not have a LINE Messaging API, please refer this guide to create. Once you have created the Messaging API from LINE portal, you can follow the steps below to proceed


5.1 Log in to the LINE Developer > Select an existing Messaging API Channel > Basic Settings > Copy the Channel ID > Paste into the Channel ID field in EasyStore



5.2 Scroll down to Channel secret > Copy Channel secret > paste to Channel Secret field in EasyStore



5.3 Go to Messaging API tab > Scroll down to Channel access token > copy the key (click the reissue button if the key is not available) > paste to Channel Token field in EasyStore




5.4 Enter the Platform name in EasyStore > Save



5.5 Refresh LINE Developer portal > Webhook URL in Messaging API will be updated



5.6 Enable the Use Webhook option > Done



6. Connect Instagram


Connect through Facebook channel.



7. Connect Telegram


7.1 Refer this guide here to obtain Telegram Channel/ API Token


7.2 Copy the Token provided by Telegram bot > paste it to Channel Token field in EasyStore



7.3 Enter the Platform name in EasyStore > Save
