1. Introduction


Payment method refers to how customers make payment to you. This guide shows you how to add, configure, and activate your preferred payment options, which will then be available for your customers to choose from at checkout.


Types of payment methods you can set up in your store:


  1. Manual payment method
  2. Payment gateway
  3. Cash on delivery

2. Manual payment method


Examples:

  • Bank transfer ( IBG / instant transfer )
  • Wallet transfer ( scan QR code )
  • Cash deposit ( ATM ) and etc.


Set up manual payment method by including your account details or wallet QR code to display at checkout, for customers to manually transfer the order amount to you.



How to set up manual payment method?


Only one step needed, go to Settings > Payments > Add payment > select the manual payment method > upload QR code and include payment instruction > Save.

3. Payment gateway


Examples:

  • Credit / debit card
  • FPX online banking
  • eWallet and etc.


Auto payment methods like credit / debit card, online banking and eWallet etc. can only be received by using payment gateway services.



How to connect payment gateway?


  1. Choose your preferred payment gateway here
  2. Sign up an account with the payment gateway
  3. At Settings > Payments > Add payment, search and connect the payment gateway account (you can search the payment gateway name in this help center for relevant guide)

4. Cash on Delivery


Examples:


  • COD by your own delivery team
  • COD by delivery company


Allow customers to pay at the time they receive their parcels. As this service can only be supported by delivery man, therefore it needs to be set up together with shipping methods. Below would be the setup guides :
