Set up pickup location

📌Reminder: If you have more than 1 inventory location, you should get started with Multi-Location Inventory.

1. Introduction

Setting up your store location in EasyStore lets you offer customers a convenient self-pickup option. This guide will show you how to add your store’s address and enable the pickup shipping method, so shoppers can easily choose to collect their orders in person.

2. Add location

2.1 Go to EasyStore admin panel > Settings > Locations > Add location.

2.2 Fill in the location details.

Location name
Address
Phone and email

2.3 Decide whether to show the location and business hours on website. This helps bring customers to your physical store.

3. Enable pickup option

3.1 Turn on pick up toggle button.

3.2 Select payment method allowed for pick up orders:

Standard pickup - All enabled payment methods at Settings > Payments, except COD
COD only. Set min & max order amount that allowed to pick up, if any limitation.

3.3 Set pickup service fee. If no, leave 0.

3.3 Set pickup date & time, 2 options available:

Allow customer to choose pick up date & time

Set dates not available for pickup service, if any.
Set pickup cut-off days

💡Tips: Pickup cut-off days inclusive of order date. For example, if pickup cut-off days is 3, customers who place order on 1st can only select pickup date on 3rd or after.

Show customer pickup instruction only

This option does not allow customers to choose their preferred pickup date & time. They will learn about pickup arrangement based on your pickup instruction.
