1. About Messages Broadcast:


Merchants could select customers to send out broadcast message from Admin Panel > Customers.
Personalized broadcast message content
For now, the supported channels for broadcast would be Shopping App, Email, SMS, Facebook Messenger, LINE & WhatsApp Business
This feature is included in EasyStore Business, Essential , Growth and Success plan
EasyStore Token will be consumed to broadcast message
We will provide free Tokens for broadcast & the Tokens will be refreshed monthly.

2. How to send out broadcast message?



Step 1 : Go to EasyStore Admin Panel > Customers > Select customers > Click Broadcast

Make sure you have enabled your Whatsapp Business, Telegram, LINE or Facebook Messenger from EasyStore admin panel before sending out the broadcast message.



Step 2 : Once you have clicked Broadcast, it will direct you to broadcast message content editor > Click the 3 dots on the top right, you may select:

Customer's first name (optional)
Customer's last name (optional)
Store Link (optional)

Broadcast message content supporting up to 150 characters


Step 3 : Click Broadcast X customers and the broadcast message will be sent to your selected customers

Prioritise message delivery: Our system will now automatically select the most suitable channel broadcasting to your customers based on priority, maximizing the precision and reach of your messages.

Make sure you have enabled your Whatsapp Business, Telegram, LINE or Facebook Messenger from EasyStore admin panel before sending out the broadcast message.

2. Where to check EasyStore Token balance?



You can access and manage your EasyStore Token from EasyStore Admin Panel, kindly click on Settings > Manage Billing


If your EasyStore broadcast token has finished or insufficient, you may contact us at support@easystore.co for top up


3. Token top-up price range



The additional topped-up tokens will not expire and will be carried forward if you do not utilize all of the topped-up token within that particular month.
