Perfect for announcing new product launches, sharing seasonal promotions, or inviting customers to special events, so you can engage the right audience at the right time.

Here are the latest messaging channels supported:

  • Push notifications on Shopping App
  • WhatsApp
  • Messenger
  • LINE

  • Email

📌 Tokens is used to send broadcast message. Check the rates here.

2. Add Messaging Channels

To allow customers receive messages at the respective channel, you need to add the messaging channels first, follow this guide.

The system uses a smart sending logic to maximize reach:

3.1 If the Shopping App channel is connected, customers will always receive the message via app push notification.
