1. Introduction
EasyStore Broadcast Center helps you send targeted messages through channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, and Shopping App — not just email. Perfect for announcing new product launches, sharing seasonal promotions, or inviting customers to special events, so you can engage the right audience at the right time.
Here are the latest messaging channels supported:
- Shopping App push notification
- Messenger
- LINE
- SMS
2. Connect messaging channels
To allow customers receive messages at the respective channel, you need to follow steps below to set up the channels first:
Shopping App push notification
2.1 Enable Shopping App channel and invite customers to install the app on their phone. Refer this guide for full details.
Messenger
2.2 You need to connect Facebook channel. For detailed steps may refer step 1 in this guide.
LINE
2.3 Follow step 2.3 in this guide.
2.4 You need to have a WhatsApp Business account and connect via Facebook. Follow this full guide.
SMS and Email
2.5 No setup needed.
3. At which channel will customers receive my message?
3.1 If Shopping App channel is done connected as in step 2.1 above, customers will always receive message via the app push notification.
3.2 Then, system will choose 1 more from the ticked and reachable channels to send the message, following priority below:
LINE > Messenger > WhatsApp > SMS > Email
4. Broadcast with CTA & image
4.1 To broacast message with CTA link and image, go to Messages > Broadcast center > Broadcast messages.
4.2 Select recipients and tick the channels.
4.3 Scroll down to fill in the message details and preview the message.
- Custom message or WhatsApp template
- CTA link
- Header image file
4.4 Once all good, scroll back up and click Broadcast now to start sending out the message.
5. Text-only instant broadcast
5.1 If what you need is just simple text message that can be sent out quickly, you can at Customers listing, use search or filter to find the customers you want to reach out.
5.2 Then, tick the customers > click Broadcast.
5.3 Fill in your message > click Broadcast [#] customers to send the message out.

6. Check broadcast status and history
6.1 You can check broadcast history at Messages > Broadcast center.
6.2 By clicking into the message you can check the broadcast status.
6.3 When message successfully sent you can check channel and status sent for each customer.
7. Tokens rate
7.1 EasyStore tokens are used to broadcast message. Number of tokens needed for each message per customer depends on the channel sent. Refer table below:
7.2 You will receive free tokens each month according to your plan:

7.3 If you need more tokens, you can contact us to top up, choose from 3 packages.
7.4 Tokens balance can be found at Settings > Manage billing.
7.5 By click into View details, you can find the tokens usage history.
