Set up delivery method

Delivery method refers to how customers get their orders — whether it’s shipping or in-store pickup, so you can offer your customers flexible and convenient ways to receive their orders.
2. Set up shipping method
To ship orders to customers, you need to set up shipping method that will be displayed at checkout page for customers to choose.
What is involved in a shipping method?
- Courier service provider (Gdex, FedEx, etc.)
- Calculation method (by weight, by item quantity, etc.)
- Rate (RM7 per kg, RM5 per item, etc.)
Auto shipping method
If you are using one of the following couriers to ship your orders, you can click the names below and follow the guide to set up the shipping app in your store, the app will auto generate shipping method at checkout for customers to choose.
Manual shipping method
If you're using non of the couriers above, you need to set up the shipping methods manually. Follow this guide.
3. Set up pickup location
To let customers self pick up orders, follow this guide to set up your store location and enable pickup.
