2. Install tawk.to

Step 1 : EasyStore Admin > Apps > More Apps > Search for tawk.to > Install this app



Step 2 : Once you have reached setting page, click on tawk.to to sign up a tawk.to account.



Step 3 : Click on 'Sign In'



Step 4 : Fill in your particulars information and click ‘**_Signup for free_**’ button to proceed



Step 5 :

5.1 Select the language selection for your tawk.to account



5.2 Select Property Details



5.3 Add Team Members (Optional, can skip)



5.4 Click Done

💡 Tips : If you wish to place the code, you can go to EasyStore's admin panel > Channels > Online Store > Edit Source > theme.liquid and paste it before </body>



Step 6 : To go into your Tawk.to Administration Dashboard, you may need to click the "Administration" button at the bottom of side bar and copy the "**Direct Chat Link**"



Step 6 : Paste the Direct Chat Link into the Tawk.to app in your EasyStore account



Step 7 : Save settings and you're all done!
