Live Chat

The Live Chat widget appears on your storefront, accessible to both logged-in and logged-out customers, making it easy for them to reach out.

Step 1: Go to EasyStore Admin > Click Messages > Messaging Channels > Choose Live Chat


Step 2: Customize ' Platform name', ' Widget color', ' Welcome messages' & ' Auto reply message'. Ensure to enable the live chat.


Step 3: Save and Done. This is how its going to be looking like at your online store. Here's how it will appear on your online store.

Logged-In Customers
Logged-in customers can engage directly with the Live Chat feature, allowing them to communicate seamlessly.


Logged-Out Customers
When not logged in, customers will see a "Login to Chat" button along with a customizable welcome message. You can personalize this message through the Live Chat settings to suit your brand.
