Live Chat
💡 Tips:Live Chat widget displayed on storefront for both logged in and logged out customers.
Logged out customers will see "Login to Chat" button and a welcome message which can be customised from the Live Chat settings.
Logged in customers will be able to chat
Step 1 : Go to EasyStore Admin > Click Messages > click on 'Platform Settings'
Step 2 : Select Live Chat
Step 3 : Enable Live Chat and Customize 'Platform name', 'Widget color', 'Welcome messages' & 'Auto reply message'
Step 4 : Save and Done.
