1. Customer summary


You can now get a quick AI-generated summary directly from the customer profile, understand each customer at a glance without manually reviewing their details and purchase history. The summary is generated based on the customer’s latest information, and you can regenerate anytime to refresh it. This makes it easier for you and staffs to quickly understand the customer before engaging with them or providing support.


1.1 To turn this on, navigate to Customers > click the 3-dot menu on the bottom right > turn on Show customer summary.



1.2 Then you can in customer profile page to Generate / View / Regenerate the summary.



2. Outlet insight


Instead of manually analyzing multiple POS reports, AI summarizes your outlet's performance and highlights the most important trends, opportunities, and operational issues in a single overview. Each insight is generated from your outlet's latest POS reporting data, helping you quickly understand what's happening without digging through multiple reports.


Navigate to Reports > POS sales > click the location name to enter its page > Generate / View / Regenerate the insights.



3. Inventory insight


Instead of manually reviewing inventory reports, you can now get an AI-generated overview together with categorized inventory insights in one place.


Inventory Insights includes:


  • AI Inventory Summary – A high-level overview of your current inventory health and the most important issues to address.
  • Out of Stock – Products that require immediate replenishment.
  • Low Stock – Products running low before they become unavailable.
  • Slow Stock – Inventory that has not been selling recently.
  • Unbalanced Stock – Products with uneven inventory distribution across locations.


Each section provides the relevant products and supporting information, making it easier to prioritize inventory actions.


Navigate to Products > Inventory > click the 3-dot menu on the top right > Insights ✨
