How to print AWB?

1. Introduction

1.1 EasyStore allows you to manage all orders at one place be it from marketplaces, social media, chat platforms or your branded website and app.

1.2 Being able to print AWB in EasyStore depends on the fulfillment method you perform:

Marketplace fulfillment
Shipping app fulfillment
Manual fulfillment

📌 You can only print AWB using marketplace or shipping app fulfillment method.

2.1 When should you use marketplace fulfillment method?

When you want to fulfill orders coming from marketplaces like:

TikTok
Shopee
Lazada etc.

To fulfill marketplace order and print AWB in EasyStore, go to Orders listing > click into the order > Fulfill > select the marketplace of this order.

3.1 When should you use shipping app fulfillment?

When the shipping company you're using to deliver orders to customers is integrated with EasyStore.

3.2 Benefits of fulfilling orders using integrated shipping app in EasyStore:

To fulfill order with shipping app and print AWB, go to Orders listing > click into the order > Fulfill > select the shipping company you want to ship with.

4. Manual fulfillment

4.1 When should you use manual fulfillment?

When the shipping company you’re using to deliver orders to customers is not integrated with EasyStore.

4.2 Note about manual fulfillment:

By fulfilling order manually, delivery order will not be auto sent to your shipping account and no AWB will be auto generated as well.

4.3 How to perform manual fulfillment?

To fulfill order manually, go to Orders listing > click into the order > Fulfill > Mark as fulfilled.

5. FAQ: Unable to print AWB

If you have fulfilled the order but when trying to print AWB system shows error order not fulfilled yet, this is because you have performed manual fulfillment method which does not auto generate AWB.

How to check if the order is fulfilled manually?

In the order details page, scroll down to bottom under History, click on ‘Products are pending for shipment’, you will see Service: ‘manual’.

How to correct the fulfillment and print AWB?

You can click on the pencil icon > Cancel fulfillment. After that you can re-fulfill the order using marketplace or shipping app method to print AWB.
